笔记本上,ansys 13.0 安装后一上网就不能用了,问题具体如下

ANSYS LICENSE MANAGER ERROE
Failover feature 'ANSYS Multiphysics' specified in license preferences is not available.
Feature ane3fl does not exist in the ANSYSLI pool.
FLEXIm sever is not responding .Resource temperarily not available
