Not sure what you are asking. Does DP means Drucker-Prager model? What does MC means? I think you didn't put too much information here.
Hydrostatic stress is the one used to get deviatoric stresses which only causes shape change and results in no change in the volume.

I think both DP and MC have hydrostatic stress in them.

DP means drucket-prager ,to see the I1 of the failure criterio can know hydrostatic stress thataffact it.But the above two can't describe it
