Responsibilities:·Support other engineering functions and perform FEA analysis and hand calculation to ensure reliability of product assemblies and/or components such as airplane frames, wing to be in compliance wite FAA validation.
·Qualify similitude/analysis approach to replace physical qualification tests in order to reduce development cycle time and improve product reliability and/or durability with least material cost
·Prepare documents/reports that specify the methodologyof analysis procedures for different components/assemblies of structure.
·Provide suggestions in continuous improvement of current infrastructure and methodology.
·Propose projects to meet the goals of growth each year.
Qualification:
·2 years with Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering.
·Familiarity with NASTRAN is a plus
·Strong background in applied mechanical engineering, life prediction, crack growth analysis and statistical analysis
·Familiarity with CATIA or Pro-E design package is a plus
·Sound English communication skills in both oral and writing is preferred
Skills:
·Familiar with NX-NASTRAN and FE-MAP
·Knowledge of static and dynamic stresses analysis for airplane structure
·Solid understanding of material/structre mechanics, ability to evaluate the stress and load by hand calculation
·Experienced in setting up and conducting different testing to measure parameters such as temperature, pressure, static and dynamic strains, etc.
·Quick learning
·Good interpersonal skills and team player
·Self motivated to continuously improve performance level and efficiency
